ISO stands for ‘International Organisation for Standardisation’. Companies that comply with this standard show that they are doing everything possible to protect themselves, customers and employees with regard to risk and process management. Companies are assessed through audits. Based on their scores during the audits, it is determined whether or not a company deserves ISO certification. There are different types of ISO certifications. The DM Bureau has had ISO 9001 certification since 2008. ISO 9001 is a globally recognised standard with quality management requirements, making it a benchmark for transparency and reliability in the market. Quality management is reflected in all parts of our work process within our organisation. Quality management ensures that our organisation is manageable and that our products and services meet the needs, requirements, wishes and specifications of our customers, but also of other stakeholders. Think about legislation, for example. With ISO 9001, we continuously ensure the improvement of our quality so that we can better meet our customers’ needs.
