Screen printing and scratch off

Screen printing is a technique used for many purposes. It is a technique in which the ink is pressed through a screen. The technique is used for often difficult-to-print materials such as textiles and plastics. But artists also use screen printing for reproducing, in limited numbers, a painting. At The DM Bureau, we mainly use this method for applying a layer of scratch-off ( scratch layer ) over a unique win code on a recruiting Direct Mail. By shielding the unique win code with a scratch-off layer, the win code is given a more unique and personal touch. This contributes to a higher response rate and conversion of the Direct Mail campaign.
